Drink and Dine #OnRobson This Summer
I came home to a cool kit for a Moscow Mule to celebrate to launch of Let’s Patio #onRobson, a cool campaign from the Robson Street BIA. It’s kind of strange that we don’t head downtown to dine more, but in the summer we are hanging out at home more and enjoying the BBQ. I am a super big fan of CinCin for one, so a visit there is long overdue! In any case this campaign is a pretty good reason to get down to Robson Street and enjoy some time in downtown Vancouver.
Here’s the deal:
Let’s Patio includes six participating Robson Street restaurants, including Abode, Cactus Club, CinCin Ristorante, Ebisu, Earls, and Milestones. Visit each one this summer, bring your passport, enjoy your favourite dishes and drinks, get stamped and get rewarded. Collect all six stamps and receive a $25 gift card to the restaurant of your choice #onRobson (between Burrard and Jervis).
How It Works:
• Visit each participating restaurant and collect a stamp with a minimum $15 order (before taxes)
• Collect all six stamps and return your completed passport to the RSBA office at 412-1155 Robson Street
• Upon completion, receive a $25 gift card to the restaurant of your choice #onRobson (between Burrard and Jervis)

Moscow Mule
Ingredients
1 half lime
2 ounces vodka
4 to 6 ounces ginger beer, preferably
Squeeze lime into copper mug (a must for a super cool looking drink) and drop in half lime. Add 3-4 large ice cubes, then pour in the vodka and fill with cold ginger beer. Serve with a stirring rod.
