Vancouver’s newest distillery is just about ready to throw open the doors to it’s cocktail lounge. Liberty Distillery produces 100% certified craft BC organic, gluten-free spirits fermented and distilled on site, including vodka, whisky and gin.  The lounge will open February 13 at 11:00 a.m. when their antique bar will serve up signature and classic cocktails along with nibbles.
