Who Doesn’t Love a Lobster Feast?

I can’t remember the last time we had lobster, it had been far too long, so it was time to dive into a hearty steak and lobster-filled meal. We heard at Chop that you can experience all sorts of lobster and more with their Lobster Grill,  so we hurried over to their Richmond location to check it out.

Available now until August 28 at Chop locations across Canada you can have an entire Atlantic lobster meal, or sample the Lobster Chowder with sweet summer corn, lobster, shrimp, and scallops in a creamy broth;  the Lobster Caesar Salad, great for dinner or lunch; or the classic Steak and Half Lobster Combo featuring top sirloin and a half lobster brushed with garlic butter.

They also have a few new menu options, including the Chef’s Cut Rib Eye — a special steak brought in just to pair with the lobster feature — as well as the Disco Fries — spicy Old Bay fries are topped with lobster cheese sauce, chowder, and crispy bacon.

We of course had to have the Whole Lobster served with drawn butter and fresh seasonal vegetables as well us try the Caesar Salad, and that special Rib Eye, as well as the Steak and Half Lobster, but we had to hold back on the Disco Fries so we’d have room for dessert, a sunken souffle cake.
