For over 30 years, Le Gavroche has been creating unforgettable Valentine’s Day experiences. A glass of champagne on arrival, chocolates and roses pour les dames … no detail is overlooked. This year, once again, Chef Robert Guest has created a special five-course Valentine’s Day menu guaranteed to set hearts aflutter, and proprietor Manny Ferreira has paired wines from Le Gavroche’s legendary wine cellar that will make 2011 a Valentine’s Day that won’t soon be forgotten.
The Valentine’s Day menu is available for $85 per person ($135 with wine pairings). Reservations can be made on OpenTable, or by calling the restaurant at 604.685.3924.
