A Maple Syrup Inspired Evening with the Maple Sugar Shack from Squamish, BC. Presented by the young and talented Executive Chef Bradley Cumming from the Grill & Vine restaurant at The Westin Whistler. Incorporating some locally tapped maple syrup from Squamish, BC (maple syrup from BC, it’s true!), the 5-course dinner will combine maple syrup with seasonal ingredients in every course. From the amuse to dessert, prepare to be inspired and find out for yourself how the pure and simple flavour of maple syrup has the versatility to be incorporated into anything.
