We’re pleased to bring a new course to our monthly wine club called Molecular Gastronomy. This special evening hosted by our General Manager, Alicia Bodaly, will offer an unorthodox yet scientific approach to tasting wine with food. During a series of blindfolded tastings, attendees will be able to explore the science of satisfying the senses with exquisite food and wine pairings.
