Vancouver’s CRU Restaurant is pleased to announce that, for the first time ever, we will be open for Mother’s Day brunch. On Sunday, May 10 2009 we’ll offer a special Mother’s Day menu at the irresistible price of $25 per person. With a special price and selection for kids that is sure to please.

Start your brunch with items from a Fresh-Baked Goodies Basket. Then select one of our irresistible entrées:
o Brioche French Toast with warm apple compote & candied pears
o Spinach and Feta Quiche with roasted fingerlings & baby greens
o Cavatelli Bolognese pasta with rich red wine meat sauce, parmesan & herbs
o Aged Cheddar and Chorizo Frittata with roasted potatoes & baby greens
o Duck Confit with grainy dijon spaetzle, savoy cabbage, goat cheese & bacon vinaigrette
o BC Albacore Tuna Nicoise Salad with baby greens, haricot vert, fingerling potatoes, hard-boiled egg & kalamata olive dressing
