Timber on Robson Has One of The Best Caesars in Town

In honour of National Caesar Day we are throwing it back to our interview with Restaurant Manager Margot Balaro of both Timber Restaurant and Forage. We checked in with her for her Caesar recipe. and sampled some snacks at Timber and recorded another segment of 1410 AM Craft Spirits Show with Joe Leary. Plan ahead to visit here for Canada Day as this has to be one of the most Canadian Restaurants in town!

Smokehouse Caesar
Smoked Paprika Rim
2 oz jose cuervo tequila
½ oz smoked sea water
¼ oz IPA mustard
Tabasco & worcest.
Fill w/ice & Walter Caesar Mix and stir
