We love kettle chips, so this spring when Neal Brothers announced a partnership with two of our favourite chefs and brought us two new flavours , we were of course eager to get our hands on a bag or two. These chips feature Vancouver chef Vikram Vij and Montreal chef Chuck Hughes for these new varieties.
Chef Vij contributed a masala spice recipe and his chip is called Vij’s Delhi-Licious, and Hughes celebrated his love of Sriracha with the Srirachup chips.
The chips are great for the holidays. Both are chock full of flavour and a there’s a little more than just a kick of spice. We are also big fans of the Pink Himalayan Sea Salt for dipping and the salt and vinegar version as well.
These chips are addictive, so you’ll want to buy more than just a few bags or you’ll likely eat them all before your guests arrive.
The range contains no preservatives or artificial flavours and is priced at $2.89/142 gram bag.
