Where to Get Your Negroni On For Negroni Week

Welcome to Negroni Week, presented by Imbibe Magazine and Campari. Imbibe launched Negroni Week in 2013 as a celebration of one of the world’s great cocktails and an effort to raise money for charities around the world. Since 2013, Negroni Week has grown from about 120 participating venues to almost 10,000 venues around the world, and to date, they have collectively raised about $2 million for charitable causes.

For one week every June, bar and restaurants mix classic Negronis and Negroni variations for a great cause. To participate, each venue signs up at negroniweek.com, chooses from our list of official charity partners, and makes an immediate donation to that charity. Then they can return during and after Negroni Week to make additional donations to their chosen charity. After Negroni Week is complete, we tally up how much was raised collectively by all of our participating bars, restaurants and partners.

One of the places that have gone above and beyond in Vancouver is Juniper! I follow Chef Warren Chow on Instagram and was alerted to this sundae he’s made and there’s some special takes n the drink as well.  The Negroni Sundae is available only from June 24th to June 30th, and it’s stacked with Negroni ice cream, blood orange blondie bites, vermouth jellies, chocolate pearls, candied orange peel, and Campari caramel. Wowza!

Top Shelf Negroni, where you can choose any of Junipers premium gins, which is expertly paired with a premium sweet vermouth.
