Whistler’s home of the best beer selection in the village has added a 90 seat patio with an inviting fire pit and protective glass canopy. The live bands, always so popular in pub, can now be enjoyed in the great outdoors, right on the Dubh Linn Gate patio. This valuable piece of real estate has always been a beautiful location to enjoy spectacular mountain views, engage in people watching or “Ooh!” and “Awe!” over the action at the mountainside bike park. Dubh Linn Gate and its new patio are open for breakfast, lunch and dinner from 8:00 AM to 1:00AM (food service until 11:00PM). Be well fed, well hydrated and entertained late into the night on the expanded patio, complete with heaters galore and the village’s only legal campfire. And what is Black Tuesday at Dubh Linn Gate you ask. Well, every Tuesday the pub team salutes all those guests who love Guinness with $6 pints of Guinness or $6 Black and Tans. Also on offer are special prices on Black Bush, Johnny Walker Black, Guinness Burgers, Steak & Guinness Pie and more. Tuesdays are fast becoming a favorite day at the pub amongst locals and visitors in the know. The kitchen does it part to help the celebration and offers all the appetizers 2-4-1 until 6pm.
About Dubh Linn Gate: Dubh Linn Gate is located at the base of both Whistler and Blackcomb lifts, in the Pan Pacific Mountainside Resort. Breakfast starts at 8:00AM with the adult beverage service beginning at 9:00AM. Singing, dancing, sipping and merriment will continue until 1:00AM.
