Friday March 15-Monday April 15                                     

The Downtown New West BIA is holding the “Pic-a-Treat” photo contest where customers snap a photo of their favourite treat, drink or meal from participating establishments and post it on their personal social media networks (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.) with a caption including the establishment’s name and what the item is. By April 15, all photos uploaded will be entered into the individual establishment draws for donated gift certificates.

The customer also needs to include our hash tag/handle so we can track all uploaded photos:

 Participating Establishments:

 Boston Pizza, Burger Heaven, Chronic Tacos, Crepe Des Amis, Fresh Slice Pizza (Columbia St.), Great Wall Tea, Hops Pub, Old Spaghetti Factory, Paddlewheeler Pub, Re-Up BBQ, Spud Shack, The British Store, The Hide Out Café, The Wine Factory, Wally’s Burgers and Wild Rice.

 Contest runs from Friday March 15-April 15

• Winners receive $50 gift certificate(s) from those businesses
• Promoted on all the Downtown New West social media networks (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and weekly e-blast newsletters) along with provided tent cards for participating establishments
• There is no limit to entries; an individual can upload many different photos.
