People often ask us what happens during the winter with our local food philosophy. It is assumed that once winter hits there is no more local produce to use. Not so! We have been canning, preserving, and cellaring so that we can bring you the best of local products even in winter. And to showcase what is available we have put together a New Years Eve menu that highlights all the great producers we have the pleasure of working with.
This year we are offering our regular menu for the first seating. Reservations are taken between 5:00p.m. and 6:00p.m
For our second seating we are offering a 5 course menu with the option of wine tasting. Reservations are taken between 8:00p.m. and 9:00p.m.

Local endive and frisee salad, roasted Okanagan apple, Agassiz Castle blue cheese, In Season Farms hazelnuts, and Rivers Bend Indigo wine vinaigrette

2nd Course (Choice of)
Caramelized Qualicum Bay scallop wrapped in house cured Gelderman Farms pork jowl and served a with Glen Valley heirloom tomato butter sauce

Creamy Aldergrove mushroom soup
3rd Course (Choice of)
Confit of Six Masters lamb shoulder; Goat’s pride dairy chevre risotto, sundried olive tapenade, basil oil
Or
Lobster stuffed Thiessen Farms pheasant roulade; Glen Valley sunchoke brown butter puree
4th course (Choice of)
Wild and local organic mushroom stuffed beef tenderloin; crispy red kuri squash polenta; Oregon white truffles and truffle butter

Roasted Six Masters veal; house veal sausage stuffed ravioli; seared spot prawns
Dessert course (Choice of)
Cinnamon spice poached pear with cheesecake filo slice and caramel sauce
