Cactus Club  – Broadway and Ash gets a little nip and tuck

Don’t panic if you see the doors closed at 575 West Broadway for the next couple of nights.  The dining room is getting a bit of a facelift, including some brand new original art pieces by Jean Michel Basquiat as well as some new furniture.  Doors will re-open Friday night, so come on by and check it out.

What’s new on the menu?

Chef Feenie and the culinary team have been hard at work in the test kitchen and a selection of their latest mouth-watering creations are currently being tested at the Bentall (588 Burrard), Yaletown (357 Davie) and Ash (575 West Broadway)locations.

• Ocean Wise pan seared saffron halibut – with orange fennel salad, paired with asparagus and edamame bean herb spaghettini with a light saffron cream sauce.
• Korean style bbq pork lettuce wraps – braised pork shoulder shredded with house made Asian bbq pork sauce, Asian slaw, kimchi, chopped ginger and green onion, Korean chili bean sauce, spicy yogurt.
