News From Trafalgars and Sweet Obsessions

It’s the time of year that pumpkin pie lovers adore at  Sweet Obsession Cakes and Pastries. Pastry Chef Mie Tanaka and her team of bakers are serving their special pumpkin maple cheesecake from now until the yule logs come out in December. In addition, we’ve launched our new deep dish pumpkin pie with paté briseé crust and candied walnuts; it’s a  melt-in-your-mouth, modern take on a classic favourite.  This weekend is Thanksgiving, and either of these (or any of our other cakes!) would make a very welcome addition to a dinner gathering.

 Two doors down at Trafalgars Bistro, we’ve had a surprising change of scenery. Apparently someone thought that our restaurant was a DRIVE THRU bistro,  and drove their vehicle into our wall. Renovations are well under way;   we’re aiming to be reopened very soon, and will be introducing  our new fall menus then. Updates can be found at www.trafalgars.com.
