It’s the end of September already? Seriously, where does the time go?
We love Fall at Well Seasoned. Our customers, chefs and staff start to change the way they cook and think about food. The cookbooks and slow cookers come out and we start searching the pages for comfort food recipes like soup, stew and risotto. This month, you will find endless inspiration in our cooking classes, we literally have something for everyone.
There are new products arriving on our shelves almost every day, some of the highlights are the instant soups…Shelley loves the White Bean Soup – it’s a super quick dinner, made simple and delicious. We have lots of fresh stock from our friends at Les Amis du Fromage to make weeknight meals a cinch with their frozen dinners – the best mac & cheese ever, chicken lasagna, beef stroganoff and frozen soups just to name a few – grab and go! And from Tina at The Pink Spatula fresh frozen cookie dough – now you can get fresh baked cookies in 11 minutes. Drop the dough balls on a cookie sheet, bake and prepare for the standing ovation. There is nothing better on a Fall day than a fresh-from-the-oven Chocolate Chunk Oatmeal Cookie!
We are looking forward to a great Fall and winter season at Well Seasoned and are already starting to book our private classes for holiday parties. It’s a great way to change up the company party this year or have a social evening with friends or family. Give us a call if you are interested in available dates and menus. And, while we are on the subject, it’s also almost time to start to think about your corporate and personal gift baskets for Christmas. We are proud to fill our baskets with high quality gourmet food products we sell in store every day to help you give “the gift of good taste” all year long. If you would like a basket quote for your gift giving needs please don’t hesitate to email or call us.
We will look forward to seeing you in the store or in a cooking class very soon but if there’s anything we can do to help you get a better meal on the table in the meantime, let us know – we would love to hear from you.
Happy cooking!
