4 courses – $32.95 per person / $29.95 per diner’s club member

 Are you kidding, if you like the odd bits you are already adventurous. What we can tell you is that it will start off with a charcuterie style platter with local cheese, followed by an appetizer course, then a main course (with at least two offal preparations), followed by a light dessert.
