SPRING WINE RELEASE & BBQ KING COMPETITION

Spring is a time when many new wines are released and so is the sunlight on our beautiful valley. We invite you to visit us on May 1st for an afternoon of discovering the great wines of the Similkameen and helping us to crown the first Similkameen BBQ King. Yes, that is right, not only will you be treated to a plate of southern BBQ pulled pork The Chef Instead Martin Laprise) with all the trimmings to go with Similkameen wines but you will be able to help judge the 1st BBQ King! Chefs from all over the Okanagan and Similkameen will be vying for the coveted title!

This is a Similkameen Wineries Association event with 8 of our local wineries joining together to show off our valley`s best. Come and discover why enroute magazine named the Similkameen as “one of the top 5 wine regions in the world you`ve never heard of“! This will make a great afternoon festival event while leaving lots of time to return to Penticton or Osoyoos for evening events (only a 30-minute drive). Free entry for all minors (food is $10/plate). Live music too! This is a fundraising event for our Cawston Community Hall refurbishments.

WINEMAKER`S DINNER AT WATERMARK BEACH RESORT
Join us for an evening of incredible food paired with some of our new releases as well as some wines from our library. 7 courses of food prepared by the team at Watermark will “ tizzy your tastebuds“. This is a new and very cool little space in the newest five-star resort in Osoyoos. Call the resort for dinner details, tickets, and even a place to stay for the night!

OROFINO AT VICTORIA ROAD BISTRO
Join us as we spend an evening with Roger and Stephanie Gillespie at their chic little Victoria Road Bistro in Summerland. This space is modern with an open kitchen where guests can look in on the chefs preparing a memorable 5-course meal to be paired with some of our best wines. The intimate atmosphere of the bistro will provide the backdrop for fabulous cuisine, boutique wines, and delicious conversation. THERE ARE ONLY 10 SPACES LEFT AS OF APRIL 7TH!
