Destination For Relaxation And Well-Being Named Whistler’s Best Spa
After just one year of business, the Scandinave Spa Whistler has made an impression in their local community and beyond. The spectacular destination won the Pique Newsmagazine’s “Best Spa” designation in the “Best of Whistler” awards. The website Spas of America also recognized Scandinave Spa Whistler as one of Canada’s top 100 spas in their annual listing.

The recognition from the Pique illustrates the Scandinave Spa’s relationship with the local community. The newsmagazine called the win “a landslide” with Scandinave receiving twice as many votes as the runner-up.
Spas of America’s Top 100 listing is based on consumer behavior on the website, offering insight on what spa consumers around the world are viewing and the types of spas they are interested in. Only seven British Columbian spas were recognized in the Top 100 listing.
The Scandinave Spa Whistler opened in February 2010. The spa is spread over three acres and overlooks Whistler’s incredible landscape, offering the experience of hydrotherapy in the heart of nature.
