Kettle Valley Steakhouse celebrates the Okanagan

The Kettle Valley Steakhouse ushers in a new season with a delicious menu that pays homage to the house specialties like the famous Cowboy Cut Rib Steak and the tableside presentation of Crepes Suzette. With a renewed focus on the bounty from local world-class producers, many new items will be distinctively ‘Okanagan’.  The wine selections have been expanded and hand-picked to offer a wide cross section of tastes from some of the most highly sought after producers in the Okanagan and Similkameen Valleys.

Discover Wine

To learn about and experience some of the Okanagan’s finest wines, Trevor Hanna, Director of Food & Beverage for Big White Ski Resort, has created a new program that brings wine right to your door! Hanna has put together a well- rounded selection of 12 Okanagan red and white bottles that can be ordered and delivered. The selection includes Mission Hill Winery’s Perpetua, and Nk’Mip Cellars Qwan Qwat Pinor Noir from Osoyoos, which comes from North America’s first Aboriginal owned and operated winery.
