Celebrate the start of summer at the lively and ever popular annual SWWS Summer Solstice Festival. Sample wines from Argentina, Australia, Chile, New Zealand and South Africa.
Our festival-format wine and food tasting this year provides a wonderful opportunity to mingle and meet with six BC wine agents that are bringing in their best and most popular Southern Hemisphere wines to sample. Agents that have graciously offered to pour their wonderful wines include:

Some of these wines are “spec”, which means that you cannot buy them as a general listing in a BC Liquor Store. These specialty wines are available for you to try at this event.

There is going to be lots of food, so casually dine, sip and chat with friends. Prize draws for wines and other goodies will take place for all those that sign up for membership for our next tasting season – 2009/10, which starts in September.
We are offering Membership renewals/registrations for the 2009-10 tasting season TOGETHER with the Summer Solstice event, along with the Member/Non-Member tasting registration. For those who renew their memberships, or are signing up for the first time, along with registering for the Summer Solstice, will get a draw ticket at our Summer Solstice for one of our door prizes.
