This colourful label was delivered to me by a reindeer over the holidays, but I’ve just cracked open the bottle.  This Winter Ale is an ode to Belgian Tripel.  It’s golden in colour and has aromas of fruit, noticeable citrus, malt and some honey and yeasty notes. This is a beer with medium body, light hoppiness, and a slight amount of bitterness.  I like this with roast chicken and veggies.
