Noble citizens of Vancouver, you are invited to come witness a duel in fine Belgian tradition! Stella Artois is holding its 11th annual quest to find the master of the perfectly poured pint using the iconic Stella Artois Nine-Stop Pouring Ritual. The Stella Artois World Draught Master Competition is a global event that celebrates the quality, craftsmanship and tradition of Stella Artois in more than 30 countries around the world.
Only Vancouver’s most gallant pourers have been challenged to the city’s ultimate battle of precision and skill. With qualifying rounds already held across the Vancouver region, a group proven pouring pros are now preparing to battle for the title of Vancouver’s Stella Artois World Draught Master at Ceili’s Irish Pub, October 13, 2011 at 8 p.m.
Vancouver’s Draught Master will then advance to the Stella Artois Canadian World Draught Master in Toronto on October 21 to compete against other victors from across the country.
