Summer At The Parker

Delicious vegetarian cuisine has always been the thing at The Parker, and as always the summer menu is sourced by Chef Curtis from local farms, bringing the freshest ingredients to your plate.

Why not sample through the menu with perhaps the ratatouille with heirloom tomatoes, sea asparagus and labneh or the daily house-made alkaline noodles with fresh summer vegetables and spicy Sichuan tomato sauce?

Luk even makes his own cheese and serves it up with local honey, poached rhubarb and our caraway lavash crackers and edible flowers. Desserts include cucumber sorbet with summer fruit and olive oil cake; a refreshing change from ice cream.

Steve da Cruz continues to focus his wine list on unique localish selections and  bar manager Nich Box has more than a few delightful cocktails crafted with local spirits such as our the aquavit from our friends at Longtable Distillery’s  which he serves up with cherry syrup, lemon bitters and soda.

Get there early for their patio. Dinner service  is everyday from 530PM until late.
