Butchers hold a revered spot in Italian culture. Inspired by eighth-generation butcher Dario Cecchini, (whose shop in Panzano draws crowds from all over the world) ) La Pentola has collaborated with Windsor Meats on February 22, 2015 to create sumptuous dishes reflective of a visit to the neighborhood butcher. Hosted by Chef Lucais Syme, experience the first Family Supper Series of the year, where you’ll dine family style at communal tables with your friends and neighbors. This 10+ course meal will feature a charcuterie plate, house-made sausage, slow cooked lamb leg, and stuffed pasta.
