Sweeney’s of Yaletown is a counter service style “slow – fast food” eatery coming to Vancouver later this month.

Operated by Graham Abrahams of The Galley Patio & Grill (Jericho Sailing Centre), the concept is a simple one – food always made fresh and served just as hot or cold as it was intended in an appropriate amount of time. Order and pickup at the counter, call ahead and they will have your order ready to go.

In describing the concept, Chef Glenn Saunders says  “Ingredients that speak for themselves, it’s our food that will have personality”…

Available for dine-in or take away, the restaurant will offer a small simple menu featuring sandwiches, salads, soups and baked goods. Fresh ingredients, always local when possible, good coffee, roasted to their specifications, and a unique selection of bottled beers and wines by the glass and bottle.

Sweeney’s of Yaletown will have approximately 22 seats inside as well as a small patio.
