The upcoming Celebration of Light is a perfect excuse to picnic on the beach and Sweeney’s has made it easy with a set boxed picnic to go. Available each night of the Fireworks, the boxed picnic is packaged in compostable, recycled containers and offers a choice of two unique, handmade sandwiches, salad and a beverage as a package for eleven dollars.
Customers choose from the robust Meatloaf Sandwich, Pemberton Meadows ground beef, spiced and smothered in Sweeney’s tomato sauce, baked with cheddar cheese on a ciabatta bun or the Roast Chicken “Waldorf” Sandwich with apples and walnuts on multi grain bread with a choice of a green side salad or “fireworks slaw” along with a bottled non-alcoholic beverage of their choice – All for $11.
