An evening that includes our local delegates to Terra Madre 2010 sharing their experiences and how it applies to their very diverse areas of our local food chain; a Community Supported Agricutlure (CSA) Fair representing all produce, fish, meat and more will be on hand so you can meet the person who actually grows, or harvests the food you eat – and to sign up for your 2011 shares; pourings from R & B Brewery, Township 7, Chandra, Black Cloud, and Schramm’s Vodka; chefs paired with local producers including Bishops’s, West, The Hyatt, Schokolade, pulled pork from Gelderman Farms + more.
