Hospitality industry event welcomes international culinary stars to Toronto
Canada’s leading foodservice and hospitality symposium that brings together the elite of Canada’s industry including influential chefs, food writers, wine and food experts and business leaders – is honored to announce the special guest appearance of renowned chef and co-owner, Rene Redzepi of Denmark’s Noma — the three-time reigning Best Restaurant in the World, according to The World Best 50 Restaurant List (sponsored by San Pellegrino) — to its line-up of guest presenters.
This year’s event, entitled For the Love of Food: stories, memories and culture, takes place at Oliver & Bonacini’s Arcadian in Toronto on April 8, 2013 and will host those with a passion for the business of food and hospitality.
