Dim sum is the name for a Chinese cuisine that involves a wide range of light dishes served alongside tea. It’s a casual way of dining that encourages interaction and conversation. The phrase dim sum can be literally translated to “touch the heart” – and it’s never been truer! All proceeds from the event go directly to furthering ASIA’s mission of promoting the health of Asian communities by decreasing the impact of HIV/AIDS.
