Herons Restaurant Launches New Local Source Menu
Summer flavours are plated up fresh from the farm with Herons Restaurant’s new Local Source tasting menus. Executive Chef, Patrick Dore and his talented brigade have taken to the road in the search for the Best of BC to offer a series of glorious menus kissed by the summer sun.
Beginning now and throughout the season, Herons’ Local Source menu features three regionally-inspired courses with suggested pairings of Okanagan wines for just $46 per person (exclusive of tax and gratuities).

Menus are created every two weeks with farmers’ picks of the season and the culinary team’s inspiration on the plate. With this Taste of Summer promotion, diners can truly take advantage of locally sourced and sustainable dishes. For those with a passion for green cuisine, ask to check out the hotel’s rooftop herb and harbour garden. You may even catch one of the Chef’s brigade gathering herbs for the evening’s dinner service.
