Your evening will begin with a cocktail reception in the Irish Heather’s private Whisk(e)y House, the Shebeen, home to the largest whiskey collection in British Columbia with over 200 labels. Following the reception guests will be seated at the Long Table, the Irish Heather’s 40’ communal long table and home to Sean Heather’sLong Table Series. Here guests will be led through a tasting of the world of Glenrothes by Ross Hendry, Brand Development Manager for North America. After the tasting, the Irish Heather kitchen team will serve a hearty dinner followed by dessert made fresh from their bakery.
