Talking BBQ with  Justin Kyllo of Smoke and Bones.  He just won the Canadian National BBQ Competition in Whistler and has some tips and treats to share.  I open a bottle of Church and State 2006 Syrah, which has a smokiness that screams BBQ and we chat about what to do over the long weekend and we take a look at The Hart House Restaurant in Burnaby.
