Hey! Come on down to historic Gastown next Sunday (Sept 20) and partake in some of the city’s best roots & rock sythmns as well as a taste of chili served up by 20 of Gastown’s best restaurants.

The 200 block of Abbott St. between Cordova and water St. will be closed off from noon til 7 pm rain or shine!The event is sponsored by SHORE 104 FM, Gastown Business Improvememt Assoc, Revel Room, Red Truck Beer, and Makers Mark. And it’s all for a great cause.  Girls Rock Camp

Heading up the chili gala is noted Blues guitarist Jim Byrnes.  Other entertainers are Steve Kozak’s West Coast blues Revue followed by The arpoonist and the Axe Murderer, Ronnie Hayward, Mud Bay Blues band, Dave “BaoxCar” Gates and the Stompin’ Hot Jazz Band.

There will be celebrity judges, lots of fun for the whole family, a Red Truck Beer Garden and plenty more.  Come on down.  And be sure to bring your own spoon!
