The 2011 Similkameen BBQ King Competition is a great way to celebrate the final day of the Summer Wine Festival in the Okanagan. In this competition, eight chefs will be vying for the title of the 2011 Similkameen BBQ King or Queen!

Each chef will be given an identical basket of locally-sourced ingredients and an allotted time to create their best culinary entry! Each chef will be paired with one of the eight wineries that make up the Similkameen Wineries Association. All attendees will cast their vote for the winner!

Come visit the beautiful Similkameen this July and experience the great food and wine of the region.

Cost: $75
