The day-long conference will be hosted by renown Toronto food writer James Chatto and attracts top chefs and all manner of hospitality professionals, who will congregate for presentations and seminars held by industry leaders from as far away as Australia, New York, Vancouver, Montreal, Calgary and Halifax.
Included in this year’s line-up: Ben Shrewry (Attica, Melbourne), Ken Friedman (Spotted Pig, The Breslin and The John Dory, New York), natural wine expert Alice Feiring, Sustainable fish expert Barton Seaver and over 60 other presenters and participating chefs from across Canada.
