Very cool that raspberry and IPA are tastes I most always adore and are appearing at the same time in this bottle from Tree Brewing. Aroma shows definite raspberry along with some citrus, bread and caramel notes. The raspberries don’t mask the hops but are definitely present. It’s slightly bitter with citrus and earthiness.

Worked well with our grilled pork sausages and mixed green salad. Perf for Summer sipping as it’s not too high in alcohol so you can still get back on your bike and ride on!
