Whether you are planning to stay up late or set your alarm clock to rouse you for a very early morning on April 29th, the Wickaninnish Inn Culinary team will ensure you have more memories than just Kate’s dress from the Royal Wedding. Think classic high tea with fresh, local Tofino flavours and you start to imagine what Chef de Cuisine Nick Nutting and Pastry Chef Matt Wilson will be creating for the 2:30AM tea party. English inspiration and pure Tofino flair will be blended into the scones & finger sandwiches included on the high tea menu. As with all offerings coming from the Inn’s kitchen, everything is house-made by the Wickaninnish Inn’s kitchen brigade.
Royal Wedding watching Wick-style will be shared with Inn guests, and with anyone in the Tofino area, in the beachside Driftwood Lounge starting at 2:30 AM on April 29th.
