Featuring five flights of the latest vintages of Dom Pérignon Blanc, Dom Pérignon Rose and Moët & Chandon Vintage, you will discover how each is perfectly matched to Chinese dishes – as well as learning about this intertwined histories of Dom Pérignon and Moët & Chandon.
