Spring has finally arrived and little shoots and leaves are springing up everywhere–which means it’s time to start our Wild Edibles Walking Tours.
Join us for a two-hour guided walk in the woods to seek out local wonders like fiddleheads, licorice fern, big leaf maple flowers, and nettles. We’ll show you what to look for and how to prepare these ingredients to make their flavours really shine. And we’ll follow it up with a lunch of some of these delicious, local foods.
Price: $39 + tax & gratuity (per person), includes lunch in a cabin or by the river (weather dependent)
Location: North Vancouver
Time: 11AM to 1PM, 1pm-3pm
Please note that there is a minimum of 6 guest to run a Wild Edibles Tour. We reserve the right to cancel a Wild Edibles Tour date should it not have the minimum number of attendees
