CHAMBAR ANNOUNCES JACOB SWEETAPPLE AS NEW BAR MANAGER

Chambar is thrilled to announce the addition of Jacob Sweetapple to the front of house team. Jacob officially takes the reigns of the bar program on November 4th following the departure of long-time bar lead Wendy McGuinness who is embarking on a year of international travel.

Sweetapple joins Chambar with a resume boasting experience behind the wood of some the world’s most reputable bars. Jacob graduated from the internationally recognized cocktail school Alex Beaumont in Sydney, Australia, before directing his efforts toward consultancy projects, bar management, brand ambassadorships, and international cocktail competitions.

At Chambar, Sweetapple will be leading the direction of the Belgian hotspot’s extensive bar program and guiding guests nightly through selections from the carefully curated cocktail, beer and wine cards.
