COOKS TOUR OF ITALY – Tuesday, November 1st – 6:00-9:00pm 

Spend this evening learning the simple pleasures of Italy in stories and recipes from Singing Chef Peppe! This menu will have you signing “Amore”! Chef Peppe will be preparing:

·  Milanese risotto – porcini mushrooms and white wine risotto to the perfect texture!

·  Neopolitan roasted artichokes – learn the trick of peeling and preparing artichokes

·  Chicken al Limone – chicken in a white wine and lemon sauce

·  Roman-style beef with prosciutto

·  Sardinan ricotta cookies – ravioli style cookies are filled with ricotta and cinnamon

FRENCH REGIONAL ALSACE – PARTICIPATION – Wednesday, November 2nd – 6:00-9:00-pm 

Join us this evening as we celebrate the food & wine of Alsace. Today you will learn to make a complete Alsatian meal. Heavily influenced by its German boarder,the cuisine is rich and flavourful! In this evenings class you will learn to make:

·  Tarte Flambee – an Alsatian tart made of puff pastry, cheese, onions & bacon

·  Coq au Riesling – chicken cooked in white wine

·  Nouilles Alsacienne – noodles cooked with dijon, cream & poppyseeds

·  Choucroute Garnie – the regions most popular dish! Sauerkraut cooked with sausages, pork chops and smoked bacon

·  Apple Hazelnut Tart – a perfect ending to the meal
