restaurant 62 Executive Chef Jeff Massey is pleased to introduce a new dinner menu designed with date night in mind. The two course menu features restaurant 62’s signature regional cuisine for just $25 per person.
“Whether you’re out with your spouse or taking your mom for dinner, our elegant date night menu will satisfy your palate and your wallet,” said Executive Chef Jeff Massey.
The menu is offered daily as of February 20th and will change about once a month. The current date night menu is as follows:

Appetizers
Classic Caesar salad with herbed croutons and parmesan
creamy roasted garlic dressing

Fresh Saltspring Island mussels in white wine and fennel broth
tarragon and tomatoes
or
Smoked bacon and sweet onion bisque
Extra virgin olive oil and rosemary
Entrees
Seared fresh pork loin over roasted apples and parsnips
Dijon white wine pan reduction
or
Poached fresh sole filets with artichokes and compari tomatoes
Fennel and saffron broth
or
Roasted mushroom and goat cheese tagliatelle pasta
Green beans, sweet peas and Parmesan
Dessert
Chai scented creme brule

Oooh… Restaurant 62! I’ve heard a lot of great things about this restaurant but have yet to visit. Who would I take? My boyfriend who rarely leaves the confines of Vancouver unless it’s to Seattle or a city far away. I’d like to show him that fine dining exists in the Fraser Valley.
