Executive Chef Appointed at Coast Coal Harbour Hotel

Coast Hotels & Resorts today announced the appointment of Jack Eng Hoi Chew as Executive Chef of the Coast Coal Harbour Hotel.

Jack Eng Hoi Chew brings more than 20 years of culinary experience from Southeast Asia and Canada to his new position at the Coast Coal Harbour Hotel.  Most recently he was Executive Chef at the Coast Plaza Hotel & Suites in Vancouver.  He has also served as Western Executive Chef at the Harbour Plaza Kunming Hotel in Kunming Yunnan, China, Food and Beverage Manager of the Diamond Puteri Hotel in Kelantan, Malaysia, Executive Chef of the Le Meridien Changi Singapore Hotel and Executive Sous Chef at the Ritz Taipei in Taiwan. 

Executive Chef Eng integrates exciting Asian flavours into his fine cuisine, preparing traditional West Coast meals in refreshing new ways.
