 Executive Chef Wayne Martin has created a delightful menu to pair with some of BC’s most buzzed about wines. Celebrated BC wine maker Gustav Allander will be pouring cellar-worthy red and white wine at Fraîche’s Foxtrot Winemaker’s Dinner on Monday, January 25th. There is limited seating available for the reservation-only, $125, five-course menu that begins at 6:30pm with a sparkling wine reception.
