12 Days of Giving in the East Side – Fill the Truck for the Food Bank!

on

ʻWelcome to East Vanʼ has been a fixture in the Downtown East Side community since 2006. Rob Geary and Luis Galvan founded the brand to help inspire the community to embrace, develop and evolve its identity. The boys live and work in the DTES and are surrounded by folks that need assistance, particularly around the holidays. Rob and Luis wanted to repeat the success they had with the 12 Days of Giving last year. This
time they wanted to include other communities of the East Side of Vancouver. SO … they will be sitting on various corners of the East Side for 12 days, collecting food for the Food Bank until the good people of Vancouver fill their cube truck with non-perishable food.

From December 13 – 16, they will be set up at the Steam Clock in Gastown and will move around to various locations until Dec 23. Frog Box and The Great Little Box Company have generously donated boxes, now all we have to do is FILL THEM!
