For those who take culinary travel seriously, the annual Cayman Island Cookout is a weekend that you will want to add to the top of your bucket list. Held each January and hosted by Chef Eric Ripert at the Ritz Carlton Grand Cayman, the hotel where his restaurant Blue is located, this series of events is full of demos and dinners taught by celebrity guest chefs, most notably Anthony Bourdain and Jose Andres. The cookout is jam packed with culinary demos, wine tastings, cocktail events, barbeque and chefs dinners; two days of full on drinking, dining and entertainment along with full access to these culinary icons and many others.
