The South Okanagan is host to 28 wineries, and Saturday will feature a tour and exclusive tastings hosted by one of the Okanagan’s foremost wine experts. Wineries to be toured include Black Hills Estate Winery and Church & State Wines. The feature event will be hosted Saturday evening at Nk’Mip Cellars Winery. Guest chefs will prepare a stunning feast inspired by, and paying tribute to, First Nations Cuisine. Nk’Mip is Canada’s first Aboriginal-owned and operated winery, and was recognized in 2012 as BC Winery of the Year.
Sunday lunch will conclude the weekend at SunRock Vineyard. Guests will receive a rare glimpse of this working vineyard while joining Jackson-Triggs winemaker Brooke Blaire, Director of Vineyards Troy Osborne, and Chef Chris Vanhooydonk.
