On Wednesday, March 12, chef de cuisine Joachim Hayward will host Quinto Quarto: No Guts, No Glory along with R&B Brewing Co.’s head brewer Todd Graham. Hayward has designed a menu for the offal-curious to be paired with two unique R&B cask beers created especially for this decadent dinner.
