Antonio and Patrick Corsi, the father and son behind Q4, Gusto di Quattro, and Quattro at Whistler, and co-authors of the award-winning cookbook Mangia with Quattro:Family-Style Italian from the Heart are celebrating Father’s Day family-style at all three restaurants and everyone is invited!
Although Father’s Day is on Sunday, June 20, the Corsis will be feasting all weekend long. For three nights, June 18, 19 and 20, Q4, Gusto di Quattro, and Quattro at Whistler will be offering a special three-course menu featuring recipes from the book. Priced at $90 per couple, the dinner includes an autographed copy of Mangia with Quattro. Invite the entire famiglia; additional people can enjoy the meal for $35 per person (does not include a copy of the book), or $15 per child. Additional books are available for $29.95 per copy.
